Sellers must complete our verification process before listing animals for sale. This helps ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our marketplace. Foldtender reserves the right to reject or revoke verification at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell animals in violation of local, state, or federal laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent verification requirements
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

5. Transactions

Foldtender facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are conducted directly between users. Foldtender is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of animals listed on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Foldtender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Foldtender in the past twelve months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
