By accessing and using Foldtender, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Verification Requirements

Certain selling and payment features may require verification before they can be used. Verification helps support safety, trust, and fraud prevention on the platform. Foldtender reserves the right to request, reject, approve, or revoke verification at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell animals in violation of local, state, or federal laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent verification requirements
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

5. Transactions

Foldtender provides tools for buyer-seller communication, listing management, and in some cases payment collection through third-party processors such as Stripe. Foldtender does not guarantee the quality, safety, health, legality, or fitness of any animal listed on the platform, and buyers and sellers remain responsible for evaluating and completing their transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Foldtender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Foldtender in the past twelve months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
