Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Foldtender never takes any money from the sale of any animal. You keep 100% of every sale. The only recurring platform cost is the $20/month Farm Page after your 90-day trial, plus standard Stripe payment processing fees when Stripe is used.
What happens right after I sign up?
After signup, FoldTender takes you to a secure billing step so you can save a card for your Farm Page trial. That starts your 90-day free trial, but you are not charged anything today.
How does the 90-day free trial work?
Once billing setup finishes, your Farm Page trial starts immediately and gives you full access for 90 days at no cost. If you keep the Farm Page active after that, the subscription continues at $20/month. You can cancel before the trial ends.
Do I have to add a card to start the trial?
Yes. FoldTender uses a secure Stripe billing step during signup so your Farm Page trial can start without charging you today. If billing setup gets interrupted, you can finish it after you sign in.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Once a buyer completes payment, funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days).
Can I cancel my Farm Page subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your farm profile stays visible but you won't be able to create new listings or complete new sales until you resubscribe.
